From the experience as a multi-professional resident of Mental Health, in Campinas / SP, sought to discuss the meanings that the practices are done in territory bring to the construction and the singular therapeutic project of users. In order to do so, we will use narratives of cases, in order to articulate the concept of territory in the practices of psychosocial care. In the end, we conclude that the relationship with the user is an essential part of the construction of health care, allowing attention to the singularity of their way of life, and to which clinic it is possible to perform from there
