Abstract
The Psychosocial Attention construction is done in the daily life of the Establishments that make up the network of Attention to psychic suffering. However, in order for these establishments to undertake practices consistent with the Psychosocial Paradigm, it is necessary that workers be able to produce singular knowledge, dated and creative, since only they can operate as specific responses to particular demands of the suffering subjects that present themselves. This study presents a case report of an experience of intercession research lived in a Center of Psychosocial Attention that looks at the subjects of the impasses arising from the Alcohol and Other Drugs using (CAPS ad II) and the reflections raised by their analysis. It´s concluded, with important indications, that it´s possible to boost instituting movements from the repositioning of workers in their relationship with praxis.
